Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud hosting platform and you have a shared hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all functionality for any mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel includes quite a few features, but it’s stunningly intuitive, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes only one mouse click. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be listed in this section in alphabetical order and you will just need to click the "Catch-all" button associated with the given email address. Our system will warn you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or choose some other mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all option is just as simple and requires yet another mouse click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be activated easily if you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you’ve set up using the domains hosted in the account will be displayed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll notice a small-size logo handily located right next to each of them. With just a single click of the mouse, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and enable the feature through the contextual menu that will surface. In case any of the requirements for creating a catch-all mailbox is not satisfied, our system will let you know, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
